Wasil

End User License Agreement.

These terms govern your use of the Wasil iPhone application and related services.

Effective date: August 5, 2026 · Version: 0.1 preview

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Wasil, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Wasil. Wasil is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vercel.

2. License grant

Subject to these terms, Wasil’s operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wasil on Apple devices that you own or control for lawful purposes.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of Wasil except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for using only Vercel accounts, teams, projects, and credentials that you are authorized to access. Keep your Vercel personal access token and Wasil session secure. If you believe a credential has been exposed, revoke it in Vercel immediately and contact support.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Wasil to obtain unauthorized access, interfere with Wasil or Vercel, probe or overload APIs, evade rate limits, monitor systems without permission, transmit unlawful material, or violate Vercel’s terms, Apple’s terms, or applicable law.

Redeploy actions and other account actions are initiated at your direction. Review what you are doing before confirming an action.

5. Third-party services

Wasil depends on Vercel, Apple, hosting providers, network services, and other third parties. Those services may change, become unavailable, impose limits, or reject requests. Wasil does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their terms, their availability, or their data practices.

6. Product limitations

Wasil is a monitoring and management utility, not a replacement for Vercel. Project, deployment, domain, environment, and event information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Wasil does not guarantee deployment success, uptime, API compatibility, notification timing, or that the app will prevent outages, failures, data loss, or configuration mistakes.

Features may differ between Default Mode and Private Mode. Preview functionality may change or be withdrawn.

7. Intellectual property

Wasil and its software, visual design, text, trademarks, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Wasil’s operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a license to use Wasil; they do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Availability and changes

Wasil is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, access, or support. We may also suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service protection.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasil is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasil’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, access, or business interruption arising from or related to Wasil or a third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using Wasil at any time by deleting the app and revoking your Vercel token. We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms or if suspension is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service. After termination, local credentials may remain on your device until you sign out, clear them, or uninstall the app.

12. Apple platform terms

If you obtained Wasil through Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for Wasil’s maintenance, support, or content. This agreement is between you and Wasil’s operator. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable provisions of these terms and may enforce them where permitted.

13. Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wasil’s operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any venue or dispute process required for public release will be stated in the final version of these terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through Wasil Support. For privacy and deletion requests, see the Privacy Policy.
